This Project Vehicle build-up is an ongoing build-up as products are continuously added. Plans for custom fabrication roll-cages, etc will be added to this vehicle in the future. Our primary goal is to build this Limited Edition 2005 Willys wrangler into a very capable offroad vehicle as well as a comfortable daily driver. With on and offroad characteristics being accounted for we are careful which modifications install on this vehicle. Below are some current products installed and reviewed on this vehicle.

ARB Old Man Emu 2.5" HD Lift kit:  In order to fit larger tires and gain ground clearance we went to ARB for there reputable OME lift system. The ride this lift kit provides is better than factory and weight rated coils along with nitrogen charged long travel shocks for a near Cadillac ride offroad. Project Sponsor

Bigfoot XT radial Big-O-Tires: Big-o-tires provided us with a tire capable in both on and offroad conditions. We chose a 33x12.5 size  which is 10mm larger than a factory throttle bodies inside diameter. This throttle body is strictly for stroker engines, F&B also offers a 66mm which can be also used on built 4.0L engines. Project Sponsor

IMCO Performance Muffler and 3" Tip: A good sounded engine is always a must on our project vehicles. IMCO offers several style muffler and exhaust tips for multiple applications. The sound and performance from this muffler is just what we were looking for. Amazing tuned sound helped open our 4.0 up and let it breath. (Review coming soon) Project Sponsor

M.O.R.E 1" aluminum body lift:  In order to gain the needed clearance for 33" tires with only 2.5" of suspension lift we went to M.O.R.E for one of there reputable aluminum body lift kits. Easy installation and top notch quality kit provided us with just enough extra lift to clear the larger tires. Project Sponsor

RoCk SkuLLz offroad Hammerhead bumper: A beefy bumper from RoCk SkuLLz products was added to the front of project willys. Features welded clevis mounts, marker lights, with several light mount options. Bolted right onto the factory mounts.

Turbo City Performance intake w/K&N filter: In our quest for more power after installing larger tires we went to turbo city for one of there well known Jeep intake systems. The open element design with a large K&N filter and mandrel aluminum air tube helped open up our 4.0L engine. (Review coming soon) Project Sponsor
